Sabah Tea Garden (Lonh House) is located in Ranau. You will have the most different experience there, as the traditional longhouse is made out of bamboo. It houses 41 rooms with standard camping mattresses, private sinks and mosquito nets. The shared showers and toilets are very clean and comfortable. You should know that bamboo half-walls are not soundproof and if you have sensitive ear canals you should bring earplugs. Their restaurant offers tasty, magnificent, delicious and fresh local meals together of Mount Kinabalu and tea plantation views.
