This place was established back in 2007 as a part of Kota Kinabalu’s entertainment and dining complex, The Waterfront. Later in 2009, Australians Doreen-Ann and David Weinman took over the place and transformed it into its present structure. The place brings together the best of Australian cooking and teams it up with Asian spices and ingredients. It specialises in fresh local seafood, New Zealand lamb, Australian beef, and Norwegian salmon. Some of the signature dishes include lamb shank curry, the much- popular Aussie burger, roasted pork belly, barbecued jumbo prawns and chilli crab either with garlic/ herb butter or Thai sauce.
