This is a well maintained park where one can do some exercises or just stroll. It features a mini museum as well. Built by the Japanese, this entire park was a befitting tribute to the victims of World War II who lost their lives in Borneo. There are information boards and plaques where visitors can read about the rich history of Labuan. Once here one can also visit Peace Park or Taman Damai, a Japanese garden. This park is under the maintenance of both Malaysian and Australian governments, and is just 20 minutes walk from the Grand Dorsett Hotel.
